Daniel Zahavi

Daniel Zahavi is an accomplished researcher specializing in vulnerabilities within wireless communications, with a focus on WiFi, 3G, 4G cellular, and GNSS systems over the past decade.

He has led research and development teams working on cyber-attacks and cyber-security technologies for the Internet of Things (IoT) and autonomous driving sectors, emphasizing the importance of handling cyber-security aspects in emerging technologies.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Daniel has a strong academic background and is currently a lecturer at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, teaching a course on MIMO-OFDM wireless communication systems.

His expertise extends to areas such as interference management in multi-user wireless networks, cooperation communications, system architecture for firmware design, wireless modem design, and digital signal processing.

Daniel holds a Ph.D. in Information Theory and Digital Wireless Communications, an M.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering, and a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, with his academic journey spanning across Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Professionally, he is the Co-Founder and CEO of LEVL and has previously served in various roles at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, Israeli Defense Forces, and as a Wireless Communications Research Engineer.
