Daniela Costa

Daniela Costa graduated from high school at Colégio do Sagrado Coração de Maria in 1992.
From 1994 to 1995, she interned at Estabelecimento Prisional de Sintra, providing psycho-social support to inmates and initiating the Social and Relational Skills Workshop.
She pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Instituto Superior de Serviço Social de Lisboa from 1992 to 1998, maintaining a GPA of 14 values.
In 1998 to 1999, Daniela collaborated with C.R.S.S.L.V.T as an expert for 'Ser Criança' grant applications and worked at Centro Infantil de Santo-o-Novo supporting children and families at risk, implementing the 'Prevenir a Brincar' Project.
From 1999 to 2002, she was involved in the Fundação CEBI project 'Informar/Formar/Implicar para Melhor Integrar - FSE- Eixo Integra' and served on the Advisory Committee for the implementation of the Social Resource and Development Center in Fonte Boa dos Nabos.
Daniela also engaged in social actions with Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa in 1999 and completed training in pedagogical skills for trainers at IPFEL in 2001.
In 2014, she furthered her training with pedagogical skills for trainers in SME management at IAPMEI - Academia de PME´s.
From 2013 to 2017, Daniela held the position of National Coordinator for the Social Intervention Program with Employed Assets in Vulnerable Situations.
Her educational background includes studies in Support in Psychosocial at Escola de Socorrismo da Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa, Social Work, Sociology, Law, Theory and Methodology, Research Methods and Techniques at Instituto Superior de Serviço Social de Lisboa, and Training of Trainers in SME Management at IAPMEI - Academia de PME´s.
Throughout her career, Daniela Costa has been involved in various organizations such as Coordenadora do Programa Portugal Mais Feliz at Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa, conducting impact assessment processes and their connection to sustainability.
She has also actively participated in projects related to Social and Corporate Responsibility at Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa, taking the role of Project Coordinator at Fundação CEBI.
Daniela's expertise encompasses social work, psycho-social support, project management, training, coordination, and social interventions.
