Wonderful words of wisdom from Mildred Sin in the recent Work180 blog 😍
Today Thales Australia invited a cohort of us to experience the wisdom and brilliance of Adam Grant, deliver his maiden Melbourne (in fact Australian) keynote.
I'm a long time fan of his work and it truly was as good as I had expected. My cogs are turning, I'm ruminating over how I can employ and practice the tactics, so they become habits.
This pic reminds us that imposter moments serve us, they keep us curious because we continue to challenge what we do, how we do it and importantly, question what we don't know. So we seek to be better and we continue to grow.
Massive thank you to Abby Jones (she/her) for organising this for us (enjoy Sydney event on Thurs) and Ronan Carolan for hosting.
