❓ I've been coming across a lot of news lately about gym coworking. Reading these pieces has had me scratching my head until I read this blog about micro gyms. Up to this point, there's been talk of gyms adding coworking areas to their spaces or vice versa. I find the thought of working out where you work kinda icky, but to each their own.
Mostly, I'm curious what YOU think. Do you want to work out where you work? Or do you prefer to work where you work out?

After my daughter was born and I returned to work, I gave up meal prepping on Sundays. I wanted more time with my family. And, really, I didn’t enjoy it in the first place.
Meal prepping takes way too much time! There’s the planning, shopping, and actual cooking. I don’t miss it one bit.
I still needed meals though. Trust me, I’ve not gone hungry. And I haven’t broken the bank with delivery services either.
I’ve fallen in love with luxe + lemons. Local. Fresh. Delicious. Nutritious. Women-owned.
Being a working mom is great. But I didn’t want to lose out on quality time with my daughter and I’m so glad Katherine Brown created this company. 👏
I just ordered my meals for next week and I thought I’d share my shortcut with you. Check it out and let me know what you think.
