I was conversing with a friend, and he shared a video of Sir Ken Robinson. I made the mistake of telling him I knew most of his TED talks. A few years back, I thought of creating a dream bus to go into neighborhoods and teach kids art. The thought behind it was that if we can see something in our spirit and manifest it in reality, we unconsciously or consciously develop and connect with the ability to tap into the power of designing our lives. In our education, for many reasons, valid or not, we eliminate the arts from school curriculums. I wonder if we are present of the impact on our kids and, ultimately, our community.
I shared this with my dear friend, and in a conversation, he asked me if I wanted to come have a "debate" about it.
