Darlene Richeson, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive business experience in driving change, process improvement, and advocacy for business objectives.

In 2003, she founded MaZie Global Solutions, LLC, a prominent government relations and public affairs firm in Washington, DC, where she currently serves as President/CEO.

Her firm specializes in handling various policy issues ranging from economic development to healthcare, telecommunications, and international relations, while also assisting clients in achieving business goals through strategic planning, change management, and community outreach.

Prior to establishing MaZie Global Solutions, Darlene held senior executive positions at top corporations like AT&T, GTE, and Verizon, and is a Brookings Institution Congressional Fellow.

She holds an MBA in Marketing/Management from Widener University and has completed executive management programs at Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth University and Columbia Graduate School of Business.

Darlene's vast experience extends to co-founding The Advocator, serving as a professor of Organizational Development/Change Management at Webster University, and holding leadership roles at various organizations.
