Noa is finally home!

She was just rescued by the IDF from Hamas terrorists after 245 days in captivity (update: she was held captive in a “civilian” household - that of Abdallah Aljamal, an Aljazeera reporter and photojournalist).

Most amazing news … she will get to hug Liora again and what an unbelievable birthday present for you, Yaakov!

Never forget that civilian deaths in Gaza would have stopped almost 7 months ago if #hamas cared about Palestinian lives.

  • Let the record show that Israel has agreed to the ceasefire framework while it is Hamas who is stalling the process.

  • Should a ceasefire not be agreed to, it will be interesting to see how long it takes South Africa to bring a second case of genocide to the ICJ - only next time blaming Hamas.

  • Taking civilian hostages is an international war crime. Killing them is murder. How many hostages are still alive?

While I didn’t see any protests over the past weekends calling for Hamas to initiate a #ceasefirenow one can always hope all those ceasefire activists from the previous 10 months of weekly marches will rediscover their energy next weekend.

At least worldwide media (and Australia, New Zealand and Canadian politicians) should collectively do better reporting on this hypocrisy and applying pressure where it belongs.
