Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Bindery Machine Operator will perform the day-to-day activities required to bind and finish print material. This involves the operation of Polar Cutter, MBO and Stahl Folders, and additional assorted bindery equipment.
Experience: • Minimum 5 years related experience using similar bindery equipment.
Abilities: • Excellent organizational skills • Strong communication skills • Attention to detail and quality consciousness are essential • Service oriented • Able to read and understand instructions and work with minimal supervision • Able to work well independently and in a team environment • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
