Highlights
Y’all may have forgotten but I’m still open for work. I’m looking for Design or design operations leadership roles as either manager or director. I’m also looking for Chief of Staff roles for m a Chief Product Officer, Chief Desjgn/Experience Officer or similar folks with a VP title. I’d also consider working for CEOs in smaller organization or for High Net Worth Individuals or Families.
My value proposition is that I’m excellent at thought partnership. I make clear problem spaces and clarify solutions before and during their execution. I’m good at seeing both the forest from the trees and understanding when you need to focus on one or the other or both at the same time.
I live in South Florida, but I’m willing to to work remotely (ideal), local to home onsite/hybrid, or relocate almost anywhere in the world (US preferred).
Thanks in advance for everyone’s continued support during these troubling times. Y’all are awesome.
Well, I just re-started my Open to Work status but I'm trying something new. I'm ONLY showing this to recruiters. We'll see if that is better than being open to everyone.
But if you do see something that would fit for me, please do pass it my way:
- Design Operations Leadership
- Product Design/UX Leadership
- (Deputy) Chief of Staff (best if to a (S)VP level role but C-levels will work)
- Event Management, especially conferences and corporate events.
- Leadership & Career Development
In the meantime I am also opening my time and going back to coaching. Check out many of the recommendations people have written on my profile. I specialize in career shifts of various types and I make a really good thought partner for leaders, especially those struggling through transformations and transitions. Lastly, I can help organizations that are trying to restructure their teams and processes and work on large recruiting initiatives.
I am also teaching workshops again. I'll be teaching one this Fall at the DesignOps Summit. I can do remote and in person for communities and corporations.
