The wisdom and depth that the Enneagram offers is so much more than just knowing your number and a few key characteristics. The important self-awareness that we ALL need is at the heart of it...and there is a beautiful journey awaiting!

Have you been hoping to discover your Enneagram number, but haven't had the time or opportunity to learn through attending a workshop or reading a book? Are you a bit uncertain of the number you identify with and want to confirm? Do you want to learn much more about your number and other numbers beyond what you've read or heard in a podcast?

Join me for this half-day workshop and bring a partner, friend, or co-worker to learn and grow together.

We are offering this Discover Your Number workshop for a special price of only $10 when you register by January 27!!

I admit, I’m hesitant posting this note. I read posts in LinkedIn of people’s strong opinions related to what people share in a post: that it shouldn’t just be promotional but should offer something of value to others. I think this post will be one or the other depending on your perspective. If you have interest in the Enneagram, then this may be for you.

I invite you to join me as I teach...

Enneagram and Leadership Friday, May 8, 1:00-4:30 pm via Zoom Suggested cost: $40 with an option to “pay what you can afford” in these uncertain financial times for many. Go to egraminsight.com to register.

This workshop focuses on what I see as the key pivot point for whether someone’s leadership through their Enneagram number will result in healthy leadership of those following them or unhealthy leadership. In addition, I’ll share what I see as each number’s greatest vulnerability in leadership and what each leader can intentionally do to avoid that vulnerability changing course toward their strength and gifting instead.
