David Caron

David Caron is a renowned legal expert with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in international law.

He holds a J.D. in Law from the University of California, Berkeley, an MSc in Marine Law & Policy from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and a Diploma in Public International Law from the Hague Academy of International Law.
