David Doll

Farm Development of specialty crops at Rota Unica

David Doll is a professional specializing in the application and dissemination of technical information concerning specialty nut crops, with a current focus on leading the development of an international farm operation concentrating on diversified specialty crops.

He has a background as a Farm Advisor at the University of California, where he provided almond, pistachio, and walnut farmers of California with research-based technologies and on-farm research, contributing his expertise in horticulture, plant pathology, entomology, soil and irrigation science, and sustainable agriculture.

David Doll holds a Master of Science degree in Plant Pathology/Phytopathology from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Biology from Purdue University.

He currently holds the position of Managing Director at Rota Unica and has previously worked as a Junior Specialist at UC Davis.
