David H. Feinberg is a seasoned corporate law expert with more than 20 years of experience. In 2002, he established The Feinberg Law Group, LLC, later known as Feinberg Hanson LLP, to concentrate on assisting entrepreneurs and investors in venture-backed and pre-venture businesses.
