David Horobin has held key leadership roles in renowned organizations, including Head of Crisis Management at Geneva Centre for Security Policy, Head of Security and Crisis Management at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), and Director of Operations Team-Conflict and Humanitarian Affairs at the Department for International Development (DFID).

Additionally, he has served as the Former Head of the Rapid Deployment Unit and Deputy Head of the Logistics Division at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

His expertise lies in crisis management, security operations, logistics, humanitarian affairs, and conflict resolution, making him a valuable asset in the field of international relations and humanitarian efforts.
