David Hudson is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience spanning over 30 years in the industry. He holds a PhD in Management, which has enhanced his expertise in leveraging technology to drive value for businesses and their workforce.

David specializes in Strategy, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Business Development, M&A, Business Planning, Technology Consumerization, and Entrepreneurship.

David Hudson pursued his academic journey at Carleton University, where he studied PhD in Business with a focus on Information Technology. Prior to this, he completed his MASc in Systems Design Engineering and BASc in Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo.

Throughout his career, David has held various key positions at renowned organizations. He served as an Adjunct Professor and Lead to Win Program Advisor at the Sprott School of Business. Additionally, he has worked as a Technology and Management Consultant in private practice, an ICT Advisor at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, a CTO at Cheetah Networks Inc, and as an Executive in Residence at the University of New Brunswick.

David Hudson also contributed his expertise at Dell Technologies, where he held roles such as Internet of Things/Office of the CTO, and Telecom Transformation/Office of the CTO. He has also been part of other notable organizations including Nortel, National Capital Freenet, Venus Cybersecurity Corporation, and Ontario Centres of Excellence among others.

David's extensive background in technology, coupled with his academic achievements and diverse roles in various sectors, demonstrates his proficiency in driving innovation, strategic planning, and business development.
