When we talk about the future of payments what do we mean? The exciting answer is that we’re at the crossroads for what the future of payments is and what it looks like. The popularity of online payments are only one part of this crucial time for the industry.

I want to thank my fellow panellists Toby McFarlane (CMSPI) and Kevin McDaid (Google) for a lively discussion at the Retail Payment Conference. There’s never been a more interesting time to work in payments.
