David Levin

Prior to his current position, Levin served as VP of Ecommerce & Customer Experience at Bob's from January 2020 to October 2021.3 During this time, he created the company's customer experience discipline, implemented significant improvements in customer support and delivery services, and oversaw rapid e-commerce growth during the Covid-19 pandemic.3

Levin's career includes founding and selling several companies, including a SaaS restaurant technology company.1 He also served as President of Creative & Technology at the digital-first agency 360i.1

Under Levin's leadership, Bob's Discount Furniture has been recognized for its innovative use of technology, being named a finalist for the ModernRetail Awards for "Best Use of Emerging Technology" in 2023.24

Levin holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Northwestern University and completed a certification in Leading Strategic Growth from Columbia Business School in December 2019.3
