David Malpica

David Malpica is a Software Engineer and Technical Artist with a diverse background in 3D graphics, learning experience design, and product design.

He holds a MA in Learning, Design, and Technology from Stanford University, a BS in Game Art and Design from the Art Institute of California, and has studied Industrial Design at Universidad Nacional de Colombia.

David's educational journey includes a Full Stack Software Development program at Hack Reactor, a Computing Graphics and Multimedia Certificate from Lasalle College in Bogotá, and a General Education degree from Colegio San Carlos.

Throughout his career, he has worked in various educational institutions like Silicon Valley Career Technical Education Center, Foothill College, and the Mountain View-Los Altos Union High School District, among others.

David Malpica has also been involved in software engineering and technical art consulting, educational game development, and immersive design projects. He is a former Senior FabLearn Fellow at Stanford University and has experience in 3D graphics and animation.
