The evening was a perfect blend of education, culture, and enjoyment, bringing together wine enthusiasts and sustainability advocates led by the dynamic duo, Evy Gozali and Yoke Darmawan.

This event was a testament to Sababay Winery's role in revolutionizing the way we perceive wine. Through their innovative and eco-friendly techniques, combined with a deep respect for local culture, they are setting new standards in the industry.

Evy and Yoke emphasized the importance of integrating local culture into their winemaking process. Their practices not only reduce environmental impact but also enhance the quality and authenticity of their wines.

The highlight of the event was the opportunity to get up close and personal with Evy and Yoke, the passionate minds and visionary founders behind Sababay Winery. They shared their inspiring journey, from the challenges they faced in the early days to their innovative solutions that have positioned Sababay as a leader in sustainable winemaking. The panel concluded with an engaging Q&A session, where attendees had the opportunity to interact directly with Evy and Yoke. Their insightful answers and practical advice left a lasting impression on everyone present.

One of the most anticipated parts of the evening was the exclusive tasting of Sababay’s new release from Bali, “Pink Blossom”. Attendees were among the first to savor this exquisite wine. The tasting session was accompanied by an ‘Apéro’ with Cheese and Bites, providing delicious pairings that enhanced the wine experience and allowed guests to mingle with fellow wine lovers.

Adding a creative twist to the evening, attendees participated in a 'Sip and Paint' session where they customized their own tote bags. This fun activity not only allowed guests to express their artistic side but also left them with a personalized memento of the event.

Sunshine, blue skies, chill music, crêpes, macarons, sweets of all kinds, tea, coffee and juices...what better way to enjoy an afternoon delight with our MBA partners' club as a kick-off for their new mandate and an early spring kick-off. This week we were delighted to host this simple and cozy event in collaboration with the student life office and the staff at Gustave's. A lovely little break for participants and their partners to spend more time together.
