David Richard

David Richard is a seasoned professional with a robust background in psychology and education. He previously served as the dean of the Hamilton Holt School and as a Professor of Psychology at Rollins College. With extensive experience, David has edited three books and published around 25 papers, as well as presented at 60 conferences. His areas of expertise include statistical consultation and analysis, innovation in higher education, research design, advanced statistical analysis, data collection and data entry, leadership, organizational culture, strategic planning, grant and proposal writing, manuscript editing, measurement development, program evaluation, web surveys, multimedia and PowerPoint authoring, educational and research software development, and mobile applications. He currently imparts knowledge in graduate courses focusing on statistics, research methods, and organizational leadership.

In terms of education, David pursued a Master's Degree in Counseling and Consulting Psychology from Harvard University and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He completed his Bachelor's degree with majors in Psychology and Political Science at UC San Diego after transferring there during his junior year from Lewis and Clark College where he studied International Affairs and Psychology.
