His educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Econometrics from the University of Southampton and a Bachelor of Science degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from The University of Hull.

Currently, David actively volunteers and serves as a Board member at Restart Partners, assisting US communities in overseeing their responses to the COVID-19 crisis.
