Highlights
The NFL Draft in Detroit was very special and one of our prouder productions on NFL Network and NFL+. The numbers were astounding from on-site presence to ratings.
Congrats to all of the NFL people, especially the NFL events team, who coordinate, plan and execute a tremendous show to huge audiences of fans who are rooting heavily for the new prospects to their NFL teams.
On the NFL Media side, I am so very fortunate to be surrounded by men and women who make all of us look good. My appreciation to Charlie Yook, Alex Maloney, Mike Teitelman and Steve Beim and their awesome production team for their oversight and delivery of the editorial content.
On our operational side, I’m blessed to have colleagues and teammates who prepare and execute so well. This will be our last NFL tentpole event with the complete team including my longtime colleague and friend Bruce Goldfeder, who along with Lorey Andres lead an amazing engineering team; great colleague and friend Adam Acone who will retire tomorrow, as will audio guru Greg Goldman. And so will colleague Kristin Partyka next month who oversees a flawless commercial traffic team as unsung heroes. Thanks on this great event to Jessica Lee, Rhett VanBuskirk, Tony Cole, Mike Cunningham, Binnie Davis, Andrew Corbin, Wade Marshall, Markisha Steele, Margaret Thompson, Ferdinand Delostrinos, Thomas Huff, Theresa Malaluan, Darryl Jackson, Espe Valentine, Eliza Espinosa, Scott Sellz, David Russo and so many more who make our team so complete.
So very fun to share a stage with Adam, as well as Steve Carter, longtime counterpart and friend who has led ESPN’s coverage of this event, and Allison DeGroot who has been part of 26 Draft events and a terrific person.
Thanks to an amazing team. And thank you Detroit.

Marist College in LA!
Very honored to share the panel the other day with fellow “younger and smarter” Marist alum 🛎 Jeff Nicosia , Andrew Fegyveresi , Michael Larkin , Becci Casas , AJ Nseir in a chilly yet warm panel moderated by professor Zach Arth in pleasant Los Angeles! So happy to bring our Marist College group including President Kevin Weinman , along with Amanda Benton , Corinne Schell , Chris DelGiorno and many others to our still-new NFL LA home in Inglewood CA.
Love when the worlds come together.
And hoping the mix of Marist prospective students, recent grads and other alumni all work together to a brighter future. Thanks Amy (Coppola) Woods for getting this going, and my great colleagues Ashleigh Gunderman , Mel Vega , Margaret Thompson , and Taylor D. for making things work on the NFL side.
