David Sylvia is a Growth Guru, Brand Strategist, and Global Consumer Insights professional with a passion for uncovering new sources of growth by combining big data with deep human understanding.

With 11 years of experience at Procter & Gamble, David specialized in brand turnarounds, new brand/category creation, and team reorganizations, particularly enjoying the transformation of Gillette in a Dollar Shave Club world.

Leaving corporate marketing behind, David founded Crusoe, a travel brand aimed at catering to the curiosity of millennials and exploring the world in-depth.

Currently, David serves as the Head of Digital Marketing + Growth at Seed, working on growing innovative new brands and product categories that redefine personal health.

David's educational background includes a BSBA in Marketing and International Business from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business, an MBA in Design Management from the University of Cincinnati College of Business, and a study abroad program in Marketing at The University of Hong Kong.

Throughout his career, David has held various roles such as Founder & CEO at Crusoe World, Sales Engineer & Digital Marketing Consultant at General Assembly, and positions in Consumer & Market Knowledge at Procter & Gamble, among others.

Known for his passion and described as a curious individual by his friends, David Sylvia is dedicated to driving growth and innovation in the consumer insights and marketing domains.
