Hello friends & colleagues,

I hit a professional milestone! Yesterday was my first anniversary.

But not one I wanted or even expected.

A year ago, I was impacted by layoffs. I am not special. Like others, I’ve applied to hundreds of jobs, received a handful of interviews, and an inbox full of rejections.

But bottom line, I still need a job. I'm currently seeking ACD, CD, or GCD roles, and I'm open to freelance or full-time.

In lieu of gifts, please consider sharing this post with your networks and connections.

◼ I'm a Deb of all trades, forever aspiring to be a mistress of all. ◼ My background lies squarely in advertising, branding, design, and UX/UI. ◼ I'm as happy thinking big and crazy as I am metrics-driven. My true creative passion is solving problems, and I get satisfaction from devising successful solutions. ◼ I'm a nice, egoless person who thrives when working with other nice people. ◼ I champion the value of collaboration and positive work culture and love mentoring and growing talent. ◼ I embrace and use AI but dig with caution. Because https://lnkd.in/eswqm_Yh ◼ I've been told a few times I look expensive. If that's stopping you, try me.

In my spare time, I've started a tiny merch brand to experiment with building a business, a market strategy, and learning the ins and outs of various e-commerce platforms and Meta Business Suite. I still like designing things, so it's a nice place to house the random dark, funny, or stupid ideas that pop into my head.

Through all this, the welcome break in the clouds has been reconnecting with so many lovely people I didn't realize I missed so much. You know who you are, and I am grateful for your chats, introductions, and leads.

To my other unemployed friends, don't hesitate to ask if you're looking for a certain role. I'm happy to keep my eyes and ears open as others have for me.
