I'm excited to be kicking off another JPMorgan Healthcare Conference. 2023 was an incredibly productive year for Synthekine. Highlights include: advancing STK-012, our α/β biased IL-2 partial agonist, into cohort expansion studies; initiating dose escalation for STK-009 + SYNCAR-001, our cytokine enabled CD19 orthoCAR; and selecting a clinical candidate for STK-026, our T cell biased IL-12 partial agonist.
