Déborah Cherenfant

Déborah Cherenfant is a female entrepreneurship strategist who joined TD Bank Group in 2020 as the Director of Quebec for the Women Entrepreneurs segment. Since moving to Quebec in 2005, Déborah has been actively involved in economic development and women's leadership. She serves as a board member for various organizations such as the Chambre de commerce du Montréal métropolitain, Bonjour Startup Montréal, Fondation KANPE, and Humanov-is. Additionally, in 2018, she was appointed by the Council of Ministers to the Council on the Status of Women.

With a background in international economics and entrepreneurship, Déborah has utilized her strategic skills over the past decade in startup consulting, business financing, and entrepreneurship program development. A skilled speaker and moderator, Déborah is the entrepreneur behind the web media platform Mots d’Elles, the fashion and décor studio Atelier Coloré, and the pop-up concept store Marché Coloré. In 2017, she co-founded BiAS, a cultural think tank promoting diversity.

Currently, Déborah serves as the President and Spokesperson for the Jeune chambre de commerce de Montréal, the world's largest young chamber of commerce. She also contributes as a radio host on ICI Première's Tout Un Matin and a TV presenter on Noovo's Le Fil, in addition to maintaining a blog on Les Affaires.
