Deborah Dull is a passionate supply chain professional with a keen interest in inventory management and innovation.

Through her experience at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Deborah has successfully propelled supply chains in frontier markets into Industry 4.0.

Her focus now extends to the crucial role of the industry in transitioning to a global circular economy, where she emphasizes the significance of circular industrial economy principles.

Known as the Circular Nomad®, Deborah Dull combines her expertise in product development, consumer goods, retail, digital technologies, and global development to drive the power of supply chain solutions.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Management from Western Washington University, a Master of Science in Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of Liverpool, and has completed the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management Program at WWU.

Deborah has held various impactful roles such as Principal in Manufacturing Product Management at GE Digital, Founder of Circular Supply Chain Network, and an Impact Investor focusing on Health Supply Chains at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Her previous experiences include senior managerial positions at Microsoft, where she led significant initiatives in retail channel operations, digital supply chain management, global expansion, and inventory planning.
