Mishra received his B.Tech. degree in electronics and communication engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, India, in 2012.1 He then completed his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi in 2017.1 Before joining UNSW, he was a Post-Doctoral Researcher at Linköping University, Sweden, from August 2017 to July 2019.1
