Highlights
Thrilled to have delivered the keynote for this years Law Ninjas GC Summit in Sydney today!
With expectations on in-house legal teams increasing, resourcing and budget constraints and demands adding to the challenges, in-house legal teams need to play a transformative role in the way they showcase value to their business. Adapting to these evolving demands, doing more with less and making the right investments in technology, process improvement and stakeholder engagement, is a critical part of the evolution of the in- house legal team.
I covered off on 4 key themes:
- Adapting to evolving demands and aligning your team;
- Choosing Providers and Vendors Strategically;
- Developing Skills beyond legal expertise; and
- Using data to measure impact to scale (and get budget) for your legal team
Thanks to the Law Ninjas community for letting me share my musings! Looking forward to the next two days of legal counsels sharing learnings, experiences (and some war stories) and importantly building community!

We’re LIVE at the Law Squared x Law Ninjas UK GC Summit here in London!
Proud and thankful to our team, clients, friends and supporters for being here, shaping the future of the legal profession and building meaningful connections with fellow in-house counsel.
