Densil Porteous is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, known for his strategic leadership and advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community.

Currently serving as the Executive Director at Stonewall Columbus, a prominent LGBTQ+ center in Central Ohio, Densil oversees operations, programs, fundraising, and outreach benefiting over 15,000 individuals annually.

As the CEO of Pride Fund 1, the first LGBTQ+-dedicated venture capital fund, he focuses on supporting LGBTQ+ founders and businesses to drive economic growth and foster diversity and inclusivity.

Operating his own consulting firm, DePorteous, Densil provides expert guidance in board management, organizational development, executive coaching, and community engagement, assisting nonprofits and social enterprises in achieving their objectives.

Densil Porteous holds a BA in Psychology of Gender from Kenyon College and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Phoenix, leveraging his educational background to excel in his various leadership roles.

His past experiences include executive positions such as Founder of DePorteous Consulting, Interim Executive Director of Stonewall Columbus, and roles at organizations like Equitas Health and The Ohio State University.
