A small investment led to a big payoff.

As marketing leaders, one of our most critical responsibilities is to equip our teams with the tools and skills they need to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape. Just over a month ago, I introduced Nicole Leffer's ChatGPT training course for marketers to 18 people on my team at Katalon.

Then, just a couple of days ago, we hosted an internal “GPT showcase” where team members shared how they’ve been applying what they’ve learned. I’ll share three examples here:

Tran Nguyen Vu, for example, used ChatGPT to refine the curriculum for our Katalon Academy training program, making it more tailored and effective for audiences in different countries.

Nicole Nguyen leveraged ChatGPT to streamline our campaign creation process, generating both ad copy and creative briefs with ease.

Hy Nguyen Hoang developed a series of GPTs to help craft new content, shape its voice, and deliver expert narratives that resonate better with his target audiences.

Nicole’s course has enabled my team to do more work with higher-quality output without increasing our operational costs.

Every example of work shown in our showcase, was super cool. It’s a great example of unleashing creativity and productivity within a team - just by allowing them to learn new skills and empowering them to stretch their imaginations. Not to mention that the team also truly enjoyed the work.

Kudos to Nicole for pulling together such a high-caliber course. The course received high marks from everyone on my team who participated.

Combining Community and AI? Say it isn't so...

Every week, our product community, Katalon, receives about 20,000 visits from our nearly 80,000 members. Those members often have questions that they pose to others in the community about how to do something, work around an obstacle, find integration help, or use it to level up their knowledge.

Together, these community members have worked out thousands of solutions to issues they've encountered. If you, as a reader, have similar issues, you can easily search the community to find the conversation and the answers. But sometimes you don't want to read through the entire thread to understand the recommended approach.

We came up with an alternate helpful path.

Once a week, we take one to three community threads and feed them into a Generative AI platform. We ask the platform to review the content and a few other information sources, and then write up a helpful blog on the topic. The blogs are easy to read, sum up the information quickly, and even provide code snippets that readers can borrow.

This is one of the cool ways we're leveraging AI at Katalon (outside of our new AI product features). Here are a few of the recent technical blogs we've posted from the community threads.

You can find them under the community header when you visit our blog: https://lnkd.in/eqt9fEFY
