Excited to have Ignition included in ODF’s top companies list. Karthik Suresh and I owe a lot to ODF — we met on a Donut meeting there 3 years ago and we’ve been building ever since.

9 months ago Harvard Business School predicted that AI can boost productivity by 40%.

But they also found they it wasn't obvious to highly skilled knowledge workers which tasks could improved by AI.

Here's 5 ways for Product Marketers to use AI (that aren't just ChatGPT):

  1. Keep your competitor intel up-to-date. You can auto-monitor competitors' reviews, website updates, and recent news with relatively zero effort.

  2. Unlock hidden customer insights (at scale). You can find common themes across 1,000s of customer call transcripts and support tickets.

  3. Automate product update comms. No more writing long slack/email updates to your stakeholders

  4. Understand the revenue potential of product ideas. This one requires a little more setup, but its massively impactful & a huge unlock for you and your product manager counterpart. (we're biased at Ignition)

  5. Generate personalized copy for marketing assets. The most common use case PMMs know about today. But also where most PMMs are seeing poor results.

I wrote more in depth about the how and why of each use case in our blog below.

Any other favorite use cases I'm missing?
