Wow. Tomorrow marks 1 year of officially launching Dirt Queen SF. It has been the most exciting journey of my life! What started off as a health food/supplement store started to morph. We did a ton of open-air market pop-ups and I curated some Yoga Mat blankets made by traditional artisans out of Mexico. These quickly became our best-selling products. I started hearing the same thing over and over again, people wanted something that was water-resistant but made from all-natural materials, so I started to create my own product. This has been the culmination of the past year. It went through multiple renditions, and I showed it at events to come up with the final version. I have filed for a patent and have decided to go to production with it. (Fingers crossed on the patent 🤞) I have been lucky enough to find an awesome sewing partner here in San Francisco. I started Dirt Queen entirely from my own savings. I'm doing presales and some crowdfunding because I feel like Dirt Queen finally has her sea legs. I've been saying it on other social media channels but if this project is dumb, and everyone hates it, this helps me not tank the dumb project I've built so far - Dirt Queen SF. (Joking. kind of.) 😝 I have put a ton of time and effort into this; I hope you enjoy it and are having a great summer! Cheers!

I designed the packaging for dirtqueensf.com when we first started and did a revamp over the holidays. Our new manufacture liked it so much they shared this photo! (Arka Packaging - go check them out now if you are in need of packaging!) So cool! I've been doing some really fun graphic design projects, writing copy for a textile company, and working a little bit in 3D - (all while running DQSF) - if you know anyone who's in need of copy, a logo revamp, packaging revamp, or need help getting started - I'd be happy to chat! I'll have some new portfolio pieces soon from the work I've been doing. #design #graphicdesign #logodesign #creative
