With thanks to The ECC Association for the kind invitation to speak at this year’s conference in Colorado.
I joined the panel on AI, to discuss how sustainable vs disruptive the technology is on engineering and construction. My two audience polls on “who’s been part of a poorly arbitrated negotiation between client and contractor?” and “who’s wasted their time creating reports that add no value to project delivery?” had a huge show of hands, which is convenient because nPlan can help with both, with ease.
Thanks to Kyle Wetzold, Matthew Bisping and Nicolas Fernandez, MBA for bringing this together.
I've heard too many project teams spend countless hours simply building their schedule, rather than considering and debating scenarios or how they might capture opportunities to improve. In a world first, the incredible team at nPlan have discovered how to generate a logical schedule for a project from a simple scope document.
Imagine how much time and effort this would save any project, anywhere in the world. Imagine how much more productive we are as a result. Imagine how the starting place for project teams is already 10x better than before.
