Diana Davenport is the Vice President of Administration at The Commonwealth Fund, where she leads talent management, benefits administration, office operations, and risk management. With over 20 years in the non-profit sector, Diana has spearheaded various quality improvement initiatives in human resources, benefits, information technology, risk management, and building operations. She chairs the Awards Selection Committee for the New York Community Trust - New York Magazine Nonprofit Excellence Awards and is a board member of the Nonprofit Coordinating Committee of New York, showcasing her deep involvement in the non-profit community. Holding a senior human resources credential with SHRM, Diana earned her B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and her M.B.A. in finance from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
