Her focus is on regional climate modeling in the pan-Arctic using the Regional Arctic System Model. With a background in software development, she has expertise in C and Fortran programming languages, and is skilled in large-scale geospatial data analysis using Python tools like xarray and dask. Diana's educational journey is diverse, ranging from environmental history to materials science, before delving into climate modeling and geospatial analysis. She holds degrees in history, environmental history, and is pursuing her Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a focus on Hydrology and Climate Science. Diana has also worked as a research engineer in the solar industry and currently serves as a Climate Scientist at Rhodium Group.
