Diana's adventure in the restaurant business began in 2015 as a 'life experiment' when she worked as a host in a North Beach restaurant, a move that sparked her enduring love for the industry.

Over the years, Diana has transitioned this experiment into a thriving career, showcasing her talents in management and consulting for various renowned restaurants, such as Gracias Madre, China Live, and Cala.

Her academic journey includes a Master of Arts in Public Health and Psychology from Brandeis University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.

Diana has held key roles in organizations, such as being a Regional Operations Manager at a Startup in Stealth Mode, and previously serving as the Founder and Manager at Boricali, Manager and Data Consultant at Victory Hall & Parlor LLC, and Restaurant Consultant at various establishments like Mestiza Taqueria.
