Diane Jones

Diane Jones has a diverse professional background that encompasses roles in diversity, human resources, training content development, grant development, workforce development, community building, cultural and linguistically appropriate services, public health, cross-cultural communications, and disaster preparedness.

She currently serves as the Chief Diversity Officer and Human Resources Director at Chelsea Soldiers' Home in the Commonwealth of MA.

Previously, Diane worked as a Consultant focusing on training content development, diversity technical assistance, and grant development with various organizations.

Furthermore, Diane has experience as a Disaster Preparedness Community Manager at the American Red Cross of Massachusetts Bay and as a Clinic Assistant at Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts.

Her background also includes serving as an Emergency Room Registrar and Medical Interpreter at Massachusetts General Hospital, as well as interning as a Legal Investigative Intern at the MCAD - Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
