Diane Lynch, with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, has dedicated most of her career to Pheasant Run Resort, where she honed her skills in various departments to ensure the success of operations and drive guest satisfaction.

Her expertise spans from serving as the Director of Reservations, where she collaborated closely with the Director of Sales and their team, to her role as the Front Office Manager, overseeing a wide range of essential services including bellmen, limo drivers, switchboard operations, reservations, and front desk staff.

Diane's educational background includes a focus on Business courses, Senior Loan Officer training, and Hotel Management with an emphasis on Conventions. She pursued additional learning in Banking Management and Hotel/Motel Management classes during her time at Wheaton Community High.

Apart from her distinguished tenure at Pheasant Run Resort, Diane Lynch has also dedicated her talents to organizations such as the St. Charles, IL Convention & Visitors Bureau, where she provided valuable support in communications and administration.
