Additionally, Dianne completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Loyola University of Chicago and engaged in the study of Biology at the University of Iowa.

Dianne McDonald's professional journey includes significant roles in the field of education. She has served as the Assistant Superintendent at Joliet Township High School, showcasing her leadership skills and expertise in educational administration. Prior to this, Dianne held the position of Curriculum Director at the same institution, where she contributed to shaping the academic direction of the school. Her experience also extends to being a Science Teacher at Joliet Township High School, where she shared her passion for science with students.

Before transitioning into educational leadership, Dianne McDonald gained valuable experience as a Research Technician at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center. This role allowed her to hone her scientific skills and expand her knowledge in the field of research.
