Dilan Mizrakli Landgraff is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy, People & Culture Officer at Antler, a startup generator and venture capital firm aimed at nurturing groundbreaking technology companies. With a mission to tackle global challenges, Antler has successfully supported over 250 tech startups worldwide.

Based in Hong Kong, Dilan is an Economics alumna of Dartmouth College. She is dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and solving real-world issues by investing in diverse founders. Committed to diversity and inclusion, she spearheaded Antler's Responsible Investing Initiative, promoting Impact targets, ESG initiatives, and diversity within the company.

Having started as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Legal at Antler, Dilan streamlined fund operations before transitioning to the role of Chief Strategy, People & Culture Officer. She now leads strategic planning, project execution, and global People and Culture operations for 150+ employees, emphasizing performance management, leadership development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Before her tenure at Antler, Dilan gained valuable experience in Investment Banking divisions at J.P. Morgan, specializing in Acquisition & Leveraged Finance, M&A, and DCM. She later ventured into Private Equity, overseeing a diverse portfolio worldwide and actively contributing to startups' growth through innovation, digitization, and sustainability.

Dilan's educational background includes studies at Mef Schools, a BA with Honors in Economics from Dartmouth College, and high school education at Robert College. She has held various roles in esteemed organizations, including being a Guest Speaker on Leadership at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a Board Member at FJONG Norge AS, and a Senior Investment Associate at Altor Equity Partners.
