Slowly but surely e-commerce market is developing and advancing in Bosnia and Herzegovina and I am so immensely proud of the continual contribution that the Asocijacija za internet trgovinu “eComm” u BiH is giving in this process together with its member and other important market players. Higher level of online security, reduction of cash payments, better quality eshops, lower costs of transactions, faster and better quality delivery services and increase of digitalization knowledge and support of and to businesses as well as buyers still remain challenges that need to be resolved to bring this country closer to global e-commerce trends. Hopefully Bosnia and Herzegovina will finally get the Law on e-commerce towards the end of the year as announced, since it is the only country in the region that remains without one.
