Highlights
I graduated from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
It was an honor - and incredibly humbling - to spend two years alongside such amazing people. People who are driven but kind. Accomplished but humble. Ambitious but purposeful. Thank you all for teaching me so much about business, technology… about life.
From Brazilian public schools to Stanford, I've had quite a ride. Though it took hard work to get here, I was also lucky to meet personal heroes who became mentors and friends. This would not have been possible without you. You have my lifelong gratitude.
I leave with the sense of duty of a Brazilian exposed to amazing opportunities who now has big shoes to fill. Spending two years at Stanford, becoming a Fundação Estudar fellow and co-founding Brazil at Silicon Valley gave me a privileged view of what global talent looks like. Latin Americans are world-class talent.
As Antoine Colaco put it in our BSV Podcast chat: “Our founders stand up to founders around the world.” In a recent interview, Martin Escobari put it more bluntly: “Our entrepreneurs are beasts. Beasts at a global level.” In my much less qualified opinion, I would extend that to investors, executives, scientists...
I will keep working hard to contribute to that legacy.
