Dominic Marlow is a seasoned M&A professional with 14 years of experience and nearly 200 completed deals. His expertise lies in working with people on buying or selling companies, improving them, and preparing them for exit, particularly focusing on lower mid-market and owner-operated businesses with revenues ranging from £1 to 25 million across various sectors.

As the Head of Business Sales at The Business Board, Dominic leads much of their M&A activity. The Business Board offers services in finance, growth, planning/strategy, and buying/selling businesses to small businesses. They utilize Business Assessor, an analytical process developed for exit planning and business improvement.

In addition to his role at The Business Board, Dominic serves as the UK Managing Partner at Sett & Lucas, a boutique CF advisory specializing in cross-border M&A in enterprise products, services, and value-added engineering.

Dominic Marlow has a strong background in strategic marketing, objective setting, and negotiating. His educational background includes studying Maths & Physics at Queen Mary's and attending The Hurst Community College. He has held various positions in organizations such as MD2MD, Business Assessor Ltd, and The Business Board UK, showcasing his diverse advisory experience.
