Dominic Papa is a public entrepreneur with a proven track record of success in public, private, and non-profit sectors.

Currently serving as the Vice President for Smart State Initiatives at the Arizona Commerce Authority, he co-founded the Institute for Digital Progress (iDP) to drive SmartCity/IoT technology innovation in the Greater PHX region.

Dominic is a law student at Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, where he is the Center Scholar for the Center for Law Science and Innovation.

He teaches a Master's level course in Public Entrepreneurship and is actively involved in the soccer community as the captain of Sporting AZ and coach of a competitive youth girls' team.

With a background in political science, urban management, and public administration, Dominic's diverse skill set enables him to thrive in rapidly changing environments and achieve challenging goals.
