Dominique De Armond is a prominent figure in the nonprofit education sector, currently serving as the Senior Director of Growth at KIPP NYC, a network of public charter schools dedicated to preparing students for success in college and life. She joined KIPP NYC in 2021, initially taking on the role of Senior Director of the Growth Campaign before transitioning to her current position in 2022.1
