Dominique Gettliffe, an architect originally from Paris, made his mark in Colorado by designing passive solar homes that blend with the environment. He founded Gettliffe Architecture in 1984 and has been focusing on sustainable architecture that enhances quality of life while preserving the environment. With a background in construction management and a keen interest in promoting healthy communities, Dominique also engages in community and humanitarian architecture projects both locally and internationally. His current passion lies in ecotourism and ecolodge design, where he combines his expertise with a love for sustainable and artistic architecture that positively impacts individuals and communities. As a master architect and builder based in Boulder, Colorado, Dominique oversees projects from design to construction, collaborating with local craftsmen to ensure the realization of his original vision. A member of the American Institute of Architects, he holds a master's degree in architecture from the Beaux Arts school in Paris and has studied at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia.
