With a solid educational foundation, Don holds a BA in Economics & History, graduating cum laude from Westminster College. He has further honed his skills through professional training programs with institutions like Steelcase, Kellogg School of Management, and Harvard Business School, covering topics such as Sales Leadership, SWOT analysis, CRM & Data management, Customer mindset, and Spader methodologies.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Don actively engages with the community through involvement with organizations like Purple Hearts Reunited, American Red Cross, and Food Bank & Mobile Meals. He is also known for his passion for reading.
