Donald Schroeder is a seasoned attorney with a proven track record of success in handling a diverse range of employment-related cases in state and federal courts.

With a focus on representing Fortune 500 clients, Don has extensive trial experience in matters such as restrictive covenant litigation, wage and hour class actions, and discrimination cases.

His expertise extends to federal and state court jury trials involving key statutes like Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and Massachusetts antidiscrimination statute (M.G.L. ch. 151B).

Apart from his litigation work, Don Schroeder is also adept at managing traditional labor issues from a management-side perspective, including union avoidance training, labor arbitrations, and collective bargaining negotiations.

Don holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross.
