Throughout her career, Donna has held multiple prestigious positions, particularly with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where she has both coordinated and specialized in various health initiatives as a part of the PHI/CDC Global Health Fellowship Program. Her roles included serving as the DREAMS Adolescent Program Coordinator and as a Gender Specialist, where she focused on creating innovative health interventions. She has also served as a Special Assistant on the International Task Force for COVID-19.
